I worked in accounts payable for six years and always felt stuck. Took the FICO weekend batch, practised on the server at night after my daughter slept, and cleared my LTIMindtree interview in March. My package nearly doubled.

I joined from Dubai and was worried about timings, but the evening IST batch worked out to a comfortable slot after office here. The GL and asset accounting sessions were directly useful in my current role even before I finished the course.

My warehouse experience plus EWM turned out to be a strong combination. The trainer had implemented EWM at two clients and it showed. I asked a lot of doubts in every class and never once felt rushed.

Basis is not a glamorous module but the demand is real. Transports, system refreshes, user administration, all of it was shown live. My current team lead was surprised I had already done client copies during training.

My company is on the clean core push and RAP became mandatory overnight. Took this remotely alongside work. The managed versus unmanaged comparison with real use cases is something I have not seen taught this clearly anywhere.

As an HR generalist I kept losing roles to people with system skills. The org management and payroll basics were taught with actual configurations, not slides. I now maintain our HCM system in-house.

East African companies are adopting SuccessFactors fast and trained people are few. The foundation objects and workflow sessions gave me exactly what our implementation partner charges consulting fees for. Promoted within four months.
