Return & Refund Policy

1. Program Enrollment & Payments

All payments made toward training programs, workshops, or services offered by Aspiron Systems are considered final, subject to the conditions mentioned in this policy. Enrollment is confirmed only after receipt of full or partial payment, as applicable to the specific program.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Instructor-Led Training Programs

Refund requests may be considered only if:

• The request is raised before the commencement of the first live session; AND
• No program access (including live sessions, recordings, study material, or platform access) has been utilized.

Once the program has started or any learning material/access has been provided, no refunds will be issued.

2.2 Recorded Content & Digital Materials

All payments made for:

• Recorded sessions
• Digital study materials
• Documentation
• Any downloadable or online content

...are non-refundable once access has been granted.

2.3 Missed Sessions / Non-Attendance

No refunds will be provided for:

• Missed live sessions
• Partial attendance
• Inability to attend due to personal, professional, or technical reasons

However, where applicable, access to session recordings may be provided as per program inclusions.

2.4 Refund Processing & Deductions

Once a refund request is approved by Aspiron Systems:

• Timeline: The refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
• Method: The amount will be credited back to the original source of payment only. We do not process cash refunds or transfers to third-party accounts.
• Gateway Charges: Refunds may be subject to a deduction of payment gateway processing charges (typically 2% to 3%), which are non-refundable by the financial service provider.
• Taxes (GST): If the tax amount has already been remitted to the government authorities at the time of the refund request, the tax component may be non-refundable.

3. Corporate Training & Customized Programs

For corporate or customized training engagements:

• Refund terms, cancellation clauses, and rescheduling policies will be governed by the specific agreement, purchase order (PO), or proposal shared with the client.
• General refund terms mentioned on this page may not apply to corporate engagements unless explicitly stated in writing.

4. Program Changes & Rescheduling

Aspiron Systems reserves the right to:

• Reschedule sessions
• Change trainers
• Modify program structure or delivery mode

Such changes do not qualify for refunds, provided the overall learning objectives and outcomes remain aligned with the program description.

Cancellation by Aspiron Systems: In the rare event that Aspiron Systems cancels a program entirely before the start date due to unforeseen circumstances, a 100% refund of the fees paid will be issued to the learner.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional cases, refund requests may be reviewed at the sole discretion of Aspiron Systems. Any decision made in such cases will be final and binding.

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Aspiron Systems does not guarantee:

• Job placement
• Salary hikes
• Specific certifications
• Project assignments

Refunds will not be issued based on outcomes, expectations, or perceived results.

7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting Aspiron Systems for resolution may result in:

• Immediate suspension of program access
• Permanent termination of services

We encourage learners and clients to contact us directly for any concerns.

Requests raised through informal channels (WhatsApp, social media, verbal communication) will not be considered official.

Aspiron Systems reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The version published on the website at the time of enrollment will be considered applicable.
